Accept ko na po ba mga lods?
Hindi lahat ng papansin sa proposals mo or kakausap sayo, eh gusto mo or dapat katrabaho mo na agad. Hindi porke willing at gusto nang i-hire ka eh maexcite ka din magtrabaho na for them.

Akala mo yan lang, client agad. Good rates agad. Sana all. Pero di mo alam yung work behind it. I submitted 30+ Strategic proposals and probably read over 300+ job posts ulit in the last 7 days. Not to mention the research put in every client na bet kong submittan ng proposal. Research work sa bawat kakausap sakin para mas alam ko pano ihandle ang flow. And a lot more.
I had to turn down (by asking twice or 3x more than what usually ask for) a couple possible clients sana to be able to accommodate this client. If I accepted those couple projects and roles, I wouldnt be able to accept this. Pwedeng nagbago ang sitwasyon at mga pangyayari. Sa apat na interview ko ng isang araw last week, I was ready to lose any of them kung ayaw nila yung quote ko. 2 of them namahalan, yung isa tatanggihan ko kasi may NDA (kasi di ko din magagamit for portfolio, so pass muna)
If accept ako ng accept ng mga projects and clients kung sino na lang basta magmessage sakin — I wouldnt have the bandwidth to accept this project/role. Puro siguro ako or di ko nadaanan yung job post na to, kasi nga baka kuntento na ako kuntento na muna ako kasi may client na.
Kung pasa ka pa din ng pasa ng proposals basta basta without optimizing your profile, knowing your numbers and learning to customize your short kisses and torrid one, eh di nganga ka talaga. Lahat ng resources, guides at examples anjan na di mo lang pinapansin.
Sabi nga ni Flow G. “Pano tatama kung hindi ako tumataya.” Naka-almost $100 din ako ng invest ng Connects at Freelancer this month. Nag-invest ko kasi may tiwala ako sa process ko — sa #MolongskiMethod — kaya kahit nagiba, humirap at naging mas magastos na talaga ang dynamics at algorithm ng Upwork eh may tiwala akong mababalik din naman yon at x10 or x100 ang balik sakin this month. (at alam nito ng ibang freelancers out there lalo mga competition nyo sa west at may mga funds, kaya mega boost din sila) Pero syempre pwede ding hindi bumalik pala pag hindi ako naging consistent, nawalang ng tiwala sa process or sa Molongski Method at mapanghinaan ng loob agad.
Pero buti hindi ako ganun. I trust the process. I love the process. I love my process. Saka alam kong parte ng process na pwedeng 1 out of ten ang success ng paghanap ng client. 1 out of 10. Ang Molongski Mindset ko — ngayong alam ko na 1 out of 10 yan, eh di kailangan ko lang pala ng sampung papasahan at peace ako na hindi ako mapapansin at di kami perfect fit nung siyam. Isa lang kailangan ko.
Nga pala. Normally nasa $75/hr singilan ko pero, well, inaccept ko pa din kahit di eto yung “worth” ko. Sabi wag daw i-accept pag mas mababa sa “worth” mo. Sorry pero hindi ganun ka-fragile ang sense of self-worth ko para diktahan ng numero or kailangan mangaling pa ang validation sa ibang taong di ko naman kaanu-ano.
